David De Gea, the goalkeeper of Manchester United(MU) thinks he is performing at his best in the ongoing season at the Premier League club.
Since 2011, De Gea has been playing for the MU and has kept his 21 sheets clean across this season’s all competitive matches. Also, he has been in a tremendous form which helped the team to enter into the FA Cup finals.
MU is on the verge to seal at least a 2nd spot after finishing of the premier soccer league.
When asked by the Premier League Productions on De Gea’s so far best performance, he is pleased to admit his current best form and this season’s performance in all the competitions.
He also added that he had felt physically fit, good and has maintained a consistent form throughout the season. David is hopeful of retaining his form and continue good performance to the end of the season, also leading into the upcoming World Cup as well. All the matches are very important for Spain.
Last week, De Gea, the 27-year-old Spain goalkeeper, was named in the Team of Professional Footballers Association of The Year and is likely to win the title of MU’s Player of the Season, for four consecutive times in a row.
He also praised Jose Mourinho, manager of Manchester United, for his winning mentality in club’s every performance in the season. Jose has urged the team to maintain consistency to challenge league title in the next matches as well.
On Sunday, Manchester United will be back to action while hosting their rival team Arsenal at the Old Trafford.
